Self flashing skylights are designed to be screwed directly into the roof deck using roofing sealant around the base and perimeter. Self flashing frames are best suited for asphalt roofs that have a pitch greater than 2:12.

Handmade from high quality aluminum and welded with watertight mitered edges, these skylights are built to last.

Acrylic plastic is a relatively inexpensive glazing material and is formed into the shape of a dome, which maximizes the amount of heat reflected away and creates a pleasant, softer light below. These skylights offer excellent value and performance.

AcraLite polycarbonate skylights are warranted against cracking and breakage from hailstones up to two inches in diameter for a period of ten years from the original purchase, provided that the skylights are: (1) properly installed and maintained, without alteration to the skylight, and (2) have been registered for warranty with the Product Registration Form within 30 days of purchase. Yellowing of the polycarbonate material is not considered a defect after five years and is not covered by the warranty.

White Domes

White glazing is the coolest option and provides the best quality light. Though product spec sheets my imply otherwise, our experience has shown that white is the most energy efficient glazing color.

Clear Domes

Clear domes are completely transparent. They are commonly chosen to allow for a completely clear and unfiltered view of the sky. They are not ideal for areas that get direct sun.
